Our first time! We came to Brian Head to escape the heat in Cedar City, but you can see my spouse has added the heat back in with a jalapeno and sausage pizza. My black olive and extra-cheese pizza with sausage was a treat. They have a weekday pizza-by-the-slice special that we may try for the next time we want the 200 cooler temps to be expected here.

This pizzeria has a great vibe, plenty of TVs with sports on and ample seating. We were here on a busy holiday weekend and it was packed, but only had to wait 20 minutes for seating. It's a bit pricey, but understandable for a mountain town. We did the Papa Tony and Chicago Meat Lovers. Both were very good with the Papa Tony's being our fav! The crust had a great undercarriage with a bit of char in spots. Yum! They are using great ingredients for sure. We will be back soon.

We got the meat lovers pizza and thoroughly enjoyed it. Loaded with toppings. Great place to eat out if you’re looking to get out of the lodge or just leaving the ski hill.

Ohhhhhh my this place was so so SO yum. Our mountain biking plans didn’t work out so we grabbed a quick bite before we left and this was the place. EVRYTHING about all the food we ordered was SO amazing! Will definitely be back, but this time to rent a condo!

Outstanding pizza. Definitely a great stop when your desire the nation's highest pizza. Pizza at 9600ft above sea level is especially delicious. It's the "tops." We had the Brooklyn Trolly Bridge and the Maui Laui pizzas... Nothing was left.

Pizza was great. Did a build-your-own 16" half and half mushroom and pepperoni pizza. Staff had great energy.

It's the only pizza on the mountain, so it gets super busy. A lot of the reviews are hard on the business, but they don't understand that there's only so much capacity a small business can do with demand greater than they can handle. That's my disclaimer with the place. When you go when it's not busy, it's great! The pizza is a traditional thicker crust cheesy pizza. They have some good combo and topping options as well, but it's not a thin crust by any means. Their lunch specials are a killer deal! Regular prices are steep for a pizza, but it's back to the supply demand thing and being the only place on the mountain. They do have really good wings and some of their sandwiches are pretty good as well. We go here for the pizza specials and wings when we're feeling it. It's a great vibe to come in and sit down if it's not too busy. Call ahead and see if it's busy, and if not, head over! If it is, plan ahead and get take out.

I live in Cedar City right below the mountain and I frequent this place. They are very friendly and the pizza is really consistent in quality. My favorite pizza is the Chicago meat. It is amazing! Pizano's is a super place to go for the best pizza around Southern Utah. Their pizza has a beer battered flavor which reminds me of great homestyle pizza made by the best pizza restaurants in the US. Amount of sauce is perfect too. I like to have sauce covering the entire pizza area or most of it. And somewhat of a nice thickness too. Pizano's doesn't let me down.
